The story we had to tell
Three clients, three completely different businesses, and the same underlying
problem: each of them was competing in a category where every website says the
same thing.
Travel Connection India sells bespoke trips against a market of identical
seven-night packages. PinPoint Migration Services, in Doha, gives migration
guidance in a category crowded with people promising outcomes nobody can
guarantee. Colachel FC had gone from turning up to winning, and nobody
outside Kanyakumari district had seen it happen.
None of them needed a brochure. Each needed one argument made properly.
How we told it
We wrote every word of all three before any layout existed. A site designed
before it is written is a template with someone else's argument dropped into it,
and you can feel that in the first three seconds.
Then the art direction came out of the argument:
- Travel Connection India leads with "Every trip becomes a story you tell
for years" — because the thing worth selling is the memory, not the
itinerary. Serif display, full-bleed destination photography, and prices
stated openly instead of hidden behind an enquiry.
- PinPoint Migration Services leads with "Your next move deserves a clearer
decision", and the hero is a decision map rather than a photograph of a
passport. The whole site is built to say assess first, advise second — which
is the honest position in that category and therefore the differentiating one.
- Colachel FC sets the club's name at the largest size the screen allows,
over their own supporters, because the argument is simply: look at what this
actually is now.
All three are WhatsApp-first. No contact form quietly emailing into a
folder — in these markets that is a way of looking reachable without being
reachable.
The proof it worked
All three are live, and you can go and look at them. That is the whole proof for
web work, and it is more than most agencies will give you.
Client-side outcomes pending. Enquiry
volume and conversion figures belong to the clients, and we publish them only
with permission and only once confirmed.
Asked about this project
- Who owns the output?
- You do. Full ownership of the final deliverables is assigned to you in writing on final payment. We retain our pipeline and methodology, and non-exclusive rights to show the work in our portfolio once you have approved it. Read the terms
- Is it safe to use commercially?
- Yes. No real person's likeness or voice without a signed release, no copyrighted characters, music original or licensed, and every character we build is designed by us. That policy is in the contract, not just on this page. Read the terms
- Is our confidential material safe?
- We are NDA-friendly, you get one named point of contact, and nothing is published without your written approval. Our stated position on which tools ever receive client material is on the studio page. How we handle your material
- Will it look AI?
- That is what the canon system is for — a locked character sheet, a head-unit scale, six named grades and a frame law, applied to every shot. Judge it on the episodes rather than on a demo. See the canon in the work
- What if the tools change next month?
- The canon is the asset, not the model. Our pipeline is tool-agnostic by design, so the visual system survives a tool swap — which is exactly why we document it the way we do. The pipeline
- How many revisions do we get?
- Two rounds before canon lock, stated up front. Changes after canon lock are change orders, priced when they come up. We publish this so it is a conversation at the start rather than an argument at the end. Engagement models
- Do we have to disclose AI use?
- We label AI-generated content wherever the platform or your own policy requires it, and we will match your disclosure policy rather than ask you to match ours.
- Who is actually doing the work?
- The studio is founder-led by Sahaya Rex, who directs every project, and you get one point of contact from first message to delivery. Meet the studio
- Do you build websites as well as films?
- Yes. Campaign microsites, IP sites and business sites — written, designed, built and deployed by us. It is the same job as a film: work out what the thing has to say, then build the shortest path to saying it.
- Do you write the copy too?
- Always. On all three of these sites we wrote every word before any layout existed, because a site designed before it is written is a template with someone else's argument in it.
- Why is every site you build WhatsApp-first?
- Because in Kerala, Tamil Nadu and the Gulf that is where the conversation actually happens. A contact form that emails into a folder is a way of looking reachable without being reachable, and all three of these clients needed the opposite.
- Can you work with a client outside India?
- Yes. PinPoint Migration Services is based in Doha and serves expatriates across Qatar. We work across Gulf, UK and US hours from Kerala.
