What we sell

Four ways of telling a story.

Four offers you can hold in your head. Everything else — localisation, native voice, colour and mix, finishing — is a capability inside one of them rather than a separate line on a menu.

Frame each one as a way of telling a story rather than a media format. The deliverable is the format. The product is the story.

Brand films & campaigns

One story, told properly — scripted, boarded, shot, graded and mixed to broadcast spec.

A brand film is not an asset. It is the one chance you get to say what you actually stand for, to people who did not ask.

Proof
Colachel FC — Official Anthem
Typical timeline
3–6 weeks from approved script to delivery, for a single film.

Characters, worlds & series

We build the canon, then we produce it — so the character still looks like the character in episode eleven.

A character is not a design. It is a set of rules strict enough that anyone who knows them could draw the same character tomorrow.

Proof
Kuttappan — Brave Mission
Typical timeline
4–8 weeks to canon lock. Episodes follow at an agreed cadence.

Content engines

A story told in serial — repeatable formats with a locked look, produced monthly at a predictable volume.

A feed is not a place to publish assets. It is a place to tell one story slowly, in instalments, to people who come back.

Proof
The Kuttappan channel's publishing cadence
Typical timeline
2 weeks to format lock, then a monthly cycle.

Digital experiences

A story told as a place you can go — websites, campaign microsites and IP sites, written before they are designed.

A website is not a brochure with links. It is the one argument your business has to win, given somewhere to stand.

Proof
Travel Connection India, PinPoint Migration Services, Colachel FC
Typical timeline
2–4 weeks from approved copy to live.

Engagement

Four ways to work with us.

Most first projects are a Pilot. It exists because the real objection is rarely price — it is risk.

Start here

Pilot

One film, or two episodes. A small, fixed scope on a short timeline — and you keep the full canon documents whether or not we continue.

Anyone who has not worked with us and would rather find out cheaply.

Project

Fixed scope, defined deliverables, one delivery date, agreed before anything starts.

A campaign, a launch film, an anthem — anything with a known shape.

Sprint / Retainer

A monthly volume at a locked look, produced on a cadence you can plan a calendar around.

Brands running a feed rather than a campaign.

IP Build

We develop the world, the characters and the canon with you, then produce against it.

IP owners and founders building something to last past one campaign.

Inside every offer

Localisation and finishing are not extras.

Malayalam, Tamil and English are written, voiced and localised natively rather than translated at the end. Colour and mix are finished to broadcast spec — the thing AI work almost always lacks and that buyers can feel without naming.

Our six named grades. Every scene is graded to one of them and the name is written on the shot, which is why a note back reads “this is marked Backwater Gold and it is not” rather than “can it be warmer”.

Working with us

The questions that decide it, answered before you have to ask.

In this category the deal is rarely lost on craft. It is lost when someone loves the work, takes it to legal, and cannot answer one of these.

Who owns the output?
You do. Full ownership of the final deliverables is assigned to you in writing on final payment. We retain our pipeline and methodology, and non-exclusive rights to show the work in our portfolio once you have approved it. Read the terms
Is it safe to use commercially?
Yes. No real person's likeness or voice without a signed release, no copyrighted characters, music original or licensed, and every character we build is designed by us. That policy is in the contract, not just on this page. Read the terms
Is our confidential material safe?
We are NDA-friendly, you get one named point of contact, and nothing is published without your written approval. Our stated position on which tools ever receive client material is on the studio page. How we handle your material
Will it look AI?
That is what the canon system is for — a locked character sheet, a head-unit scale, six named grades and a frame law, applied to every shot. Judge it on the episodes rather than on a demo. See the canon in the work
What if the tools change next month?
The canon is the asset, not the model. Our pipeline is tool-agnostic by design, so the visual system survives a tool swap — which is exactly why we document it the way we do. The pipeline
How many revisions do we get?
Two rounds before canon lock, stated up front. Changes after canon lock are change orders, priced when they come up. We publish this so it is a conversation at the start rather than an argument at the end. Engagement models
Do we have to disclose AI use?
We label AI-generated content wherever the platform or your own policy requires it, and we will match your disclosure policy rather than ask you to match ours.
Who is actually doing the work?
The studio is founder-led by Sahaya Rex, who directs every project, and you get one point of contact from first message to delivery. Meet the studio

Not sure which of the four you need?

Describe the problem rather than the deliverable and we will tell you. It is usually obvious inside one message — and occasionally the answer is that you do not need us.
